Engaged to provide a complete review of Wazee Digital’s Digital Media business including media processing workflows, business process, and organizational structure. Performed a detailed review and discovery process, identifying “hot-spots” curtailing overall efficiency and media processing throughput.
Analyzed and prepared workflow drawings and analysis for media work processes and related business process. Developed structure for tracking media activity by establishing additional constructs including Work Tickets and Client Orders.
Identified Issue Resolution and exception handling as a major operational challenge impacting the daily operations. Initiated a structure to expose all outstanding process and system issues, and drive resolution.
Assisted with review of existing proprietary software systems and developed future requirement set and gap analysis for enhancemenet or replacement of existing systems required to drive business tothe next level.
